Somersault runs two internal competitions every year for our school aged General gymnasts, usually in June and December.

Gymnasts are entered in their school year and compete on three pieces of apparatus. Their routines are practiced within their general gymnastics classes in the lead up to their competition.

We usually have over 200 entries in each competition with medals for all participants, and induvial medals and ribbons for placings on each appartus.

Competing allows children to gain a real sense of achievement and confidence and pride in their work.
