Birthday Party

1. All unstructured parties have safety personnel present in the gymnasium but the parents/carers in attendance or the person hiring the facility is/are responsible for the safety of the children at all times.

2. A maximum of 30 children is set for parties

3. Belts, shoes, and jewellery must not be worn by children using the apparatus

4. No food or drink is to be taken into the gymnasium area

5. Party food and cutlery are not provided by Somersault, some refreshments are available to purchase from the counter area

6. The hire of the facility is 1 ½ hours. You may arrive 15 minutes before the party starts to set out food etc. For safety reasons no children will be allowed in the gymnasium area prior to the party starting. Please leave the facility promptly at the end of the party, this will allow us

to clean the facility in preparation for the next party or gym class.

7. A member of staff will be present at the facility during the party to manage the facility

8. The price of parties is £200.00. This includes a deposit of £50.00 at the time of the booking The balance of £150.00 on the day of the party. Somersault accepts payments made by cash or debit/credit card (not AMEX). Each child over the number of 30 attendees will be charge at an additional £5.00 per head.

9. ALL RUBBISH AND BIN BAGS MUST BE TAKEN HOME WITH YOU PLEASE
